Meeting was called
to order at 7 pm and Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

Barr were present. Don Ulrey was absent. PSG

Social Committee Report: informed the residents of the sudden
death of Mr. Nickels on Crystal Ct. A
memorial brick will be placed in the garden walkway. Thank You cards sent to
Avon Police and Fire Departments for their consistent quick responses to our
many calls and concerns.
Landscaping: Memorial Bricks for Shade Garden are still
available for $50.00.
Hawthorn bushes
are in and will be planted this spring by PSG.
New Business/Old Business: No
old business. Compliments were made to Mr. Sandoval on snow removal. Snow removal is paid by the amount of snow
received, varies 3-6-9 inches.
Once again,
residents were informed that no one called the town of Avon to tell them not to
remove snow. Susan Keene reported we are
close to two budget busters. First being snow removal , $8000 in budget and
$6413 already spent. Second, exterior lights repair and replacement. Larry Edwards explained that they were unable
to repair posts , replacement was necessary. Light replacement was also
necessary. Newer lights are easier to
care for and better quality. Larry also
noted that mailbox cedar posts are being to show rot, therefore some
replacements will be needed.
