The Waterford Lakes Board met on January 17, 2013 at the
clubhouse. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm, and all in attendance recited the pledge of
allegiance.
The Board approved the November minutes. (Barr-Bosma) Don
Bosma gave the treasurer's report as follows:
November Income.. .$11,870.59
November Expenses.. .$12,176.02
December Income.. .$12,007.64
December Expenses.. .$5,337.96
YTD Deficit... $12,420.44
The treasurer's
report was approved. (Jamerson-Barr)
SOCIAL:

Suzie Jamerson welcomed three new homeowners to the
community,
•
Board members are working on a new phone directory for
Waterford Lakes.
•
A new system for renting the clubhouse was discussed.
Suzy Jamerson will collect the $75.00 deposit instead of Property Services Group.
When the clubhouse renter returns the key, she will return the deposit check.
NEW BUSINESS:
•
Don Bosma noted that the gutters are filled with heavy
grit from the roofs and can pull away from the buildings. In the spring the gutters
will be cleaned on an as-needed basis.
•
Management has sent a letter to the homeowner at 445
Waterford Lane concerning his satellite dish. The dish must be incorporated into the
landscaping and should not be attached to the building.
