Meeting was called to
order at 6:30 pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

Committee Report New Business/Old Business:
New residents on Waterford Ln., Patty Brooks
and her daughter Stacey. New resident Crystal Ct., Linda Ward. Several visits
to residents with hospital stays, surgery, and illnesses, cards and flowers
were given. Attended the showing of granddaughter of John and Joy Shew.
Suggested giving donations in memory of Katelyn to “Why Not Today” organization
which benefits food pantries in Hendricks county. Several memorial bricks will
be ordered for the shade garden. Free Heavy Trash and Shred Day in Avon. Hours
are 9am to 1pm. Avon residents only, ID
required. Location public works facility behind Ashley furniture. No charge for
trash or shredding. We
still need street representative for Lakeview Ct. It is suggested that residents invest in
Utility Shield from Citizens Energy, call 924-3311 for information. This
protection covers water, electric, gas, and sewer problems. Snow Removal:
Cars must be removed from driveways to obtain proper removal of snow. Grass
problem areas: PSG will handle grass
slot seeding to promote grass growth.
Muskrats have been spotted, PSG will contact muskrat control.
Attention: Please do not leave pets unattended!!! Please
remember to clean up your pet's messes ASAP in the common areas as well as your
own yard.

This will also be our ANNUAL Meeting. Two board members will be elected. Ballots
will be mailed to all residents.
