Meeting was called
to order at 6:30 pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

Susan Keene reported
that $9000 was transferred to our reserve fund on Jan 2nd 2015.

Social Committee Report New Business/Old Business: Brenda Sigler lost her mother , sympathy card was sent and brick will be
ordered for her mother. We still need
street representative for Lakeview Ct.
Suzie is requesting that the carpeting to be cleaned this spring at the
clubhouse. Please remember to check
your dryer vents to prevent a fire. Also
remember to check your furnace filters for replacement.
Maggie reported that the flag pole at the clubhouse was damaged due to
high winds and will be replaced by David Jones. We will continue to monitor replacing the
grates on storm doors and the painting of the front doors back to the original
white color. The muskrat trapper
reported catching two muskrats after placing 30 traps at the end of
December. Hopefully this will take care
of the problem for a while.
Attention: Please do
not leave pets unattended!!! Please remember to clean up your pet's messes even
in the common areas. Warning: Anyone spotted walking on the ice ponds
should be reported immediately to the police
