Meeting called to order at 7 pm and Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.
Board: Maggie Jones, Mike Barr,
Susan Jamerson, Don Bosma, and Cathy Winterrowd were present.
PSG Management: Larry Edwards and
Susan Keene were present.
A copy of the March minutes were
not presented for approval.
Don Bosma presented the
treasurer’s report as follows:

- Architectural Report: Mike Barr reported request for railing on back patio, approved.
- Social Committee Report: Susan Jamerson reported mailing of 8 get well cards to residents.
- Election of Board Members: Introduction of nominees, Don Ulrey, Cathy Winterrowd, and Caroline King.
- New Business: Painting schedule for 2013 is Lakewood Ct and the Clubhouse.
- Nationwide will remain as our insurance company.
- Seeding and lawn repairs from snow damage will continue.
- Suggestions were made to address snowplowing issues: avoid large snow piles in yards, avoid water meter pits, and avoid
- decorative bricks along driveways.
- Better placement and timing of snow stakes will be made this snow season.
- Will consider piling snow in center of cul-de-sacs instead of front yards. PSG will consult with Mr Sandoval.
- Seeding by residents is not recommended by PSG due to application of pre-emergent for at least another 6 to 8 weeks.
- Seeding and aeration will proceed in the fall as planned in the budget.
- New mailboxes have been ordered and will be installed with volunteer help this spring.
- Bids are being taken to clean eaves and gutters to coincide with painting schedule.
- Renters of Clubhouse are reminded to return the thermostat to correct setting.
- Resident requested a light be placed to shine on shade garden.
- Resident requested removal of live evergreen trees due to size and appearance. Request is being considered.
- Results of Board Election: Don Ulrey and Cathy Winterrowd elected.
