New Business/Old Business: Questions concerning the budget were raised
and answered. ie: Monies for mailboxes is to replace posts not mailboxes. Monies for painting ($5000.00 more) is due to
more buildings being painted next year. Monies for concrete is to repair
driveways that are becoming a safety hazard.
The increased HOA fees were due to needed repairs and services and not necessarily
to be added in reserve funds. Fertilizing to be done this month. (completed at
time of this letter). Seeding and
aeration to be done on only front and side yards. (completed at time of this
letter). One edging of lawns was deleted
to save on expenses. Weed spraying on driveways and flower beds are done by PSG
on a as needed basis. We are now
scheduling $400.00 a month to go into the reserve fund. Clubhouse rental fees
are reported on the financial report as income and is not a budget item.
Exterior maintenance, gutter cleaning, will be completed with painting
schedule. Gutter replacement would be done with roof replacement. Electrical
bill for clubhouse is high due to being all electric, no gas heat. Voting for
budget was approved. Bid obtained from Sandoval for individual mowing of yards
was $70.00. This was rejected by the board. PSG will discuss with Sandoval the
placing of snow piles in cul-de-sac center rather than front yards where
possible. Tree removal and planting and bushes along boundary will be done
after second hard freeze. No aeration
