Meeting was called to
order at 6:30 pm and Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all

Cathy Winterrowd were present, Suzie Jamerson was absent. PSG Management: Larry Edwards & Susan Keene were present.
Minutes from March
meeting were approved; along with last year’s annual minutes.
Treasurer’s Report
for March 2015 activity:
Income: $13,495.04, Expenses: $9,959.43, Net income: $3,535.61
Net worth: $154,780.42, Checking balance: $28,460.96,
Reserve fund: $142,333.28
Architectural
Report: two reports submitted for
Waterford Lane & 445 Waterford Lane.
Member Elections:
- Maggie
Jones & Mike Barr were re-elected. Thank you for those that expressed
interest in Board.
Social Committee/New

- Bricks
being ordered for shade garden, contact Suzie & Bill, or PSG to
order. Order forms also on line.
- Need
volunteer for Lakeview Court, contact PSG.
- Fire
pits, only portable unit allowed 10’ from condo/home.
- Garage
sale: May 15 & 16,
contact Martha, Suzie or Cathy with interest/over
- Sale
dates same as Cobblestone Court.

you for taking care of clubhouse when you’ve rented it; however, please

listing, contact Suzie or PSG with phone # updates.
- Board
members to work on welcome packet for new residents, once completed, will
also send to all residents with helpful hints and contractors.
Miscellaneous:
- Do
not dump anything into the storm drains.
- Cars
leaking oil and leaving mess, contact PSG to report.
- Fire
hydrants painting, request submitted Washington Township Avon F.D. to have
painted.
- Thanks
to Suzie & bill for donating swing in the shade garden.
- Also
a weather resistant picnic table to be placed in shade garden.
- Comments
on dead grass, contact PSG with concerns.
Homeowners are welcome to put their own top soil and grass seed
down at their residence. Slot
seeded fall of 2014.
- Utility
Shield coverage discussed for leaks inside and outside homes, also be sure
to check with your insurance company to see what coverage you might have
for leaks.
- Cracks
in driveway, contact PSG.
- Memorial
Day, ($5.00 contribution for flag on mail box post), contact PSG with
address if needed.
- Please
remember to pick up after your pets, especially if they do their business
in others yards; as well as your own yard.
- May
holidays by date: 1st-May Day, 4th-Star Wars, 5th-Cinco
de Mayo, 6th-Nat’l Teacher’s, 8th- VE WWII, 10th-Mother’s
