to order at 7 pm and Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

Architectural Report: three requests were approved for
patios/decks by Mike Barr.
Social Committee Report: Card and flowers given to Annabelle
Benjamin for loss of son. Card and flowers were given to Mr and Mrs Billings
(recent fall with injury). Madge Jarrett – shoulder surgery, Suzie will give
card and flowers. Bill Jamerson requested update for minutes on Waterford Lakes
web site. Minutes to be updated per Susan Keene. Sandoval is in process of
removing /replacing damaged bushes from snow removal. Boxwood bushes to be
replaced around club house. Another home owner has experienced major water leak
problem. Utility Shield with Citizens Energy was notified and will provide
service for repair. Reminder: homeowners should file Homestead tax credit
at Hendricks County assessors office.
Schedule for lawn treatments : pre-emergent done, spring treatment (late May), summer treatment
(late June/July), fall treatment
October. Coyotes seen at Waterford
Lakes. May want to put your trash bags in trash containers. Please remember to use courtesy when parking
in your driveway, be considerate of your neighbors driveway access.
Landscaping: Memorial Bricks for Shade Garden are still
available for $50.00.
